Orders containing custom-made items will only be ready to despatch 2 weeks after you have completed your order. The cost of shipping ranges, depending on which shipping method you select during secure checkout and the location of your shipping address. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated during secure checkout. From time to time, we will run shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our home page. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?


Once your order has been despatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. For example, many customers choose to have their order shipped to their work address rather than their home address.



IS MY ORDER INSURED DURING TRANSIT AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?


Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from sloaneandmadison.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered at your specified shipping address, it is no longer insured by us. For security reasons, you will need to sign for your order if you select any of the 'Berco' or 'DHL' shipping methods during secure checkout.



HOW CAN I BUY A SLOANANDMADISON.COM GIFT CARD?

Once you have entered all the requisite details, added the gift card to your shopping cart and completed secure checkout, the gift card will automatically be emailed to your chosen recipient.
